Welcome to NurseLink! By accessing or using our services, including our website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NurseLink, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

NurseLink connects patients with qualified nurses for homecare services. The Platform allows users (patients, nurses, and administrators) to access services such as nurse scheduling, payment processing, and appointment management.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of NurseLink, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Patients: Can book nurses, manage appointments, and access billing information.
  • Nurses: Can accept appointments, update availability, and manage payments.
  • Administrators: Manage users, appointments, and overall platform settings.

4. Responsibilities of Users

Patients: You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health and care needs. You agree to treat the nurses professionally and follow the agreed-upon terms of service.

Nurses: You must provide professional, qualified, and ethical care as per the agreed schedule and patient needs. You agree to comply with all relevant laws, licensing requirements, and professional standards.

5. Payment

NurseLink provides a tiered pricing model for patients (Essential, Preferred, Elite). Payments for nurse services are processed through our payment gateway, and the associated fees are clearly displayed before confirmation.

All payments made via the Platform are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation Policy.

Fees for services may vary depending on the nurse’s level and availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Patients: You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Nurses: You may cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a penalty fee.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
  • Violating healthcare regulations or licensing requirements
  • Distributing harmful or malicious content

8. Termination

NurseLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying NurseLink in writing.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

NurseLink is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any user, including nurses and patients. While we aim to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee the quality or reliability of services provided by individual nurses.

Limitation of Liability: NurseLink’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered, excluding indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Amendments to Terms

NurseLink may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
