About NurseLink
NurseLink is building the digital infrastructure for homecare in Singapore, starting with a platform that connects families with SNB-licensed nurses for home visits.
From post-discharge care and wound care to catheter care, PEG feeding, injections, and recurring clinical support, we help families access nurse-led care at home while supporting healthcare partners with digital intake, nurse matching, scheduling, routing, and care continuity tools.
We are strongest in situations where home nursing needs clinical judgment, continuity, and the right nurse for the task, with enrolled nurses supporting basic care and registered nurses handling more complex procedures.
Why We Started
Families often struggle most when care at home needs clinical judgment, not just manpower, whether after discharge, across chronic conditions, or when wounds, tubes, catheters, or injections are involved.
Challenges for Families
- Post-discharge care plans are difficult to continue once a loved one is back at home
- Chronic conditions need recurring nursing support and reliable follow-through

We built NurseLink to make home nursing more accessible and more appropriate for families, while also creating fair, flexible opportunities for nurses.

Digital homecare infrastructure
NurseLink sits at the intersection of ageing, home care and technology in Singapore. Beyond direct-to-family home nursing, we support B2B2C and B2B workflows for healthcare organisations by helping teams coordinate patients, nurses, tasks, schedules, routes, and care notes through a digital homecare infrastructure layer.
We are currently working with NUHS@Home and welcome partnerships with healthcare providers, community care organisations, insurers, corporates, and impact-aligned investors who want to make homecare more scalable in Singapore.
