Home Nursing Services in Singapore

NurseLink provides home nursing in Singapore for post-discharge care, recurring clinical care, wound, tube and catheter support, injections, and longer-term home support.

How we match the right nurse

All nurses on NurseLink are licensed by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Basic care and monitoring may be supported by enrolled or registered nurses, while complex procedures are handled by registered nurses.

Aseptic dressing change, assessment/measurements, photo/trend log.

Catheter/Tube Care (insert/change)

Urinary, NGT/PEG or other lines; change, flush/irrigation, site care.

Stoma Care (bag & wafer change)

Appliance change, peristomal skin care, troubleshooting & education.

IV Drip / Injections

RN administration per prescription; setup/monitor/flush, safety checks.

Peritoneal Dialysis

Sterile setup, connect/disconnect, effluent check, site care.

Respiratory Care (mask/CPAP/BiPAP)

Oxygen/nebulizer support, device checks, airway hygiene coaching.

Consumables for complex nursing procedures need to be provided by the family.
