About NurseLink
NurseLink is building the digital infrastructure for home care in Singapore. We start by connecting families with SNB-licensed nurses for home visits.
We are strongest where care at home needs clinical judgment and continuity. Enrolled nurses support basic care. Registered nurses handle complex procedures like wound, catheter, PEG and injection care.
Why we started
Care at home often needs a nurse
Families struggle most after a discharge, across chronic conditions, or when wounds, tubes and injections are involved. Nurses face a different problem.
For families
- Post-discharge plans are hard to keep going once a loved one is home.
- Chronic conditions need recurring visits and reliable follow-through.
- Wounds, tubes, catheters and injections need skills families can trust.
- Longer-term cases need routine, continuity and a clear way to escalate.
For nurses
- Work is fragmented and ad-hoc.
- Little control over their own schedules.
- No transparency on what they actually earn.
- Skilled professionals, often undervalued.
We built NurseLink to make home nursing more appropriate for families, and the work fairer for nurses.
Beyond home visits
We are building the digital infrastructure for home care
Direct-to-family nursing is the start. The same platform runs home care operations end to end, and we are already working with NUHS@Home across B2B2C and B2B workflows.

- Families can reach trustworthy home nursing the moment a clinical need arises.
- Nurses and caregivers are valued as the skilled professionals they are.
- Technology handles the logistics quietly, so families can focus on being there.
